Jag finhackar schalottenl\u00f6k, steker i rikligt med sm\u00f6r p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 l\u00f6ken blir helt mjuk och f\u00e5r en n\u00e4stan n\u00f6tig mild smak. Sedan h\u00e4ller jag p\u00e5 en skv\u00e4tt vitt vin som f\u00e5r koka in, varefter l\u00f6kblandningen h\u00e4lls i en sk\u00e5l f\u00f6r att svalna och blandas med sm\u00f6r, salt och peppar. Pr\u00f6va g\u00e4rna att g\u00f6ra det n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng. Man kan g\u00f6ra en lite st\u00f6rre sats n\u00e4r man \u00e4nd\u00e5 h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 och frysa in f\u00f6r att plocka fram till andra goda tillf\u00e4llen.<\/h3>\n<h3><em>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/em><\/h3>\n<h3>En bit gott k\u00f6tt &#8211; t.ex. entrec\u00f4te, utskuren biff, oxfil\u00e9, rostasfil\u00e9<\/h3>\n<h3>Goda gr\u00f6nsaker i s\u00e4song. H\u00e4r har jag tagit f\u00e4rsk gr\u00f6n sparris som jag stekt med olivolja och flingsalt.
