Det passar v\u00e4ldigt bra till stekt k\u00f6tt, men \u00e4ven till kokta, grillade eller ugnsrostade gr\u00f6nsaker eller till ugnspotatis. G\u00f6r g\u00e4rna en st\u00f6rre sats och frys in f\u00f6r att plocka fram vid n\u00e5got annat gott tillf\u00e4lle. Du bara m\u00e5ste pr\u00f6va det h\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret!<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>3-4 schalottenl\u00f6kar, skalade och finhackade<\/p>\n<p>3-4 msk sm\u00f6r till stekning<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd dl vitt vin<\/p>\n<p>100 gram sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>salt och peppar<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Skala och finhacka schalottenl\u00f6karna. Sm\u00e4lt den f\u00f6rsta m\u00e4ngden sm\u00f6r i en stekpanna (h\u00e4r anv\u00e4nder jag g\u00e4rna teflonpanna), l\u00e4gg i l\u00f6khacket och l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa p\u00e5 ganska l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme under omr\u00f6rning. L\u00f6ken f\u00e5r absolut inte bli br\u00e4nd &#8211; d\u00e5 blir den besk. Den ska snarare stekas l\u00e4nge p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 fram de milda n\u00e4stan n\u00f6tiga smakerna och bli mjuk.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r l\u00f6ken \u00e4r f\u00e4rdigstekt h\u00e4ller du p\u00e5 vinet och drar upp v\u00e4rmen lite, s\u00e5 det puttrar och vinet kokar in i l\u00f6ken. Dra pannan av v\u00e4rmen, h\u00e4ll l\u00f6khacket i en sk\u00e5l och l\u00e5t svalna lite innan du blandar det med den st\u00f6rre m\u00e4ngden sm\u00f6r och smaks\u00e4tter med salt och peppar. R\u00f6r ihop till en j\u00e4mn massa. St\u00e4ll svalt i en annan sk\u00e5l (s\u00e5 slipper du de kladdiga kanterna) eller l\u00e4gg i plastfolie eller sm\u00f6rpapper och forma en rulle som du sedan kan sk\u00e4ra skivor av.
