Jag fr\u00e5gar vad de k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r och de suckar att de inte \u00e4r hungriga just d\u00e5 och inte orkar t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 mat. Jag t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 mat ofta, och n\u00e4r jag ska ha g\u00e4ster t\u00e4nker jag \u00e4nnu mer p\u00e5 mat.<\/h3>\n<h3>Ikv\u00e4ll blir f\u00f6rr\u00e4tten lite extra lyxig &#8211; en sallad p\u00e5 h\u00e4rligt r\u00f6kt ankbr\u00f6st i skivor som k\u00f6pts i Paris. Med romansallad, ruccola, coctailtomater och pinjen\u00f6tter med bara balsamvin\u00e4ger och en god olivolja samt salt och <a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=10314\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-10314\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-10314\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/flankstek-skivad-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/flankstek-skivad-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/flankstek-skivad-Katinkas-Kitchen-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/flankstek-skivad-Katinkas-Kitchen.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>peppar p\u00e5. Ett gott br\u00f6d att bryta till passar bra.<\/h3>\n<h3>Till huvudr\u00e4tt blir det flankstek som marineras med vitl\u00f6k, vin, lite soja och massa kryddor och peppar. Det mustiga k\u00f6ttet klarar och m\u00e5r bra av ganska fyllig kryddning med sting, tycker jag. K\u00f6ttet steks i grillpanna s\u00e5 det \u00e4r r\u00f6tt i mitten och skivas upp. Till det goda k\u00f6ttet serverar jag kokotter med kr\u00e4mig potatisgrat\u00e4ng uppiffad med parmesan. Gr\u00f6nsakerna till f\u00e5r med tanke p\u00e5 s\u00e4songen bli ugnsbakad sparris &#8211; l\u00e4ttlagat och v\u00e4ldigt gott. Gr\u00f6n sparris steks i ugnsform med coctailtomater, svarta oliver, basilika, en aning vitl\u00f6k och olivolja. Ett gott kryddsm\u00f6r st\u00e4ller jag nog ocks\u00e5 fram, tror det blir citron- <a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=10319\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-10319\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-10319\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/herb-butter-3-Katinkas-Kitchen-066-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/herb-butter-3-Katinkas-Kitchen-066-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/herb-butter-3-Katinkas-Kitchen-066-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/herb-butter-3-Katinkas-Kitchen-066-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>och \u00f6rtsm\u00f6r f\u00f6r att inte konkurrera f\u00f6r mycket med alla de andra h\u00e4rliga smakerna.<\/h3>\n<h3>Efterr\u00e4tten s\u00e5: st\u00e5r och v\u00e4ger mellan tarte p\u00e5 m\u00f6rdegsbotten med kokos i som fylls med en passionsfruktscr\u00e8me och toppas med f\u00e4rsk ananas och andra h\u00e4rliga frukter jag finner i aff\u00e4ren, eller chokladmousse &#8211; klassikern jag ofta tar till. Kr\u00e4mig, l\u00e4tt men \u00e4nd\u00e5 fyllig brukar den g\u00f6ra succ\u00e9 med eller utan lik\u00f6r eller rom till de vuxna, kanske hallon eller tropisk kompott, speculoos eller andra kakor till topping.
