Ibland planerar jag brunchen noga och k\u00f6per hem bacon, r\u00f6kt lax eller vad jag nu vill ha.&nbsp;Men minst lika ofta tar jag bara vad jag har kvar i kylen i form av rester eller n\u00e5got paket av n\u00e5t och sv\u00e4nger ihop n\u00e5got. Potatisen steks i olivolja eller en blandning av olivolja och sm\u00f6r och kryddas idag med en chiliblandning och en kryddblandning lime-mint samt salt och pepparblandning varefter den serveras med r\u00f6kt lax och stekta \u00e4gg. Kanske en stekt tomat och lite sallad ocks\u00e5. Till serverar jag n\u00e5got gott br\u00f6d, rostat om det inte \u00e4r f\u00e4rskt. Och kanske n\u00e5gra goda ostar.<\/h3>\n<h3>F\u00e4rskpressad apelsinjuice \u00e4r alltid gott &#8211; och vackert! Har vi kvar en skv\u00e4tt mousserande eller champagne, eller har g\u00e4ster till brunchen, \u00e4r det h\u00e4rligt att servera mimosa, eller Buck\u00b4s Fizz som det kallas i England.
