H\u00e4r har de f\u00e5tt smak av kokos. Det blir en h\u00e4rlig lite tropisk kn\u00e4ckig smak p\u00e5 dem. De passar bra att <a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=10384\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-10384\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-10384\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/03\/kokoskakor-1-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/03\/kokoskakor-1-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/03\/kokoskakor-1-Katinkas-Kitchen-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/03\/kokoskakor-1-Katinkas-Kitchen-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>servera till efterr\u00e4tter eller bara som de \u00e4r till kaffe eller te.<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>200 gram vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>2\u00bd dl kokosflingor<\/p>\n<p>1 dl socker<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk vaniljsocker<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsk bakpulver<\/p>\n<p>120 gram kylt sm\u00f6r, skuret i kuber<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00e4gg uppvispat med 2 tsk vatten<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg alla torra ingredienser i en matberedare. K\u00f6r helt snabbt s\u00e5 de blandar sig. L\u00e4gg i sm\u00f6rkuberna och k\u00f6r tills degen blir smulig och n\u00e4stan g\u00e5r ihop. Vispa upp \u00e4gget med vattnet och h\u00e4ll i det. L\u00e5t k\u00f6ra helt snabbt s\u00e5 degen precis g\u00e5r ihop. Du kanske beh\u00f6ver tills\u00e4tta lite mer mj\u00f6l eller kokosflingor om degen blir f\u00f6r l\u00f6s och kladdig. Den ska vara mer fast \u00e4n en smuldeg, men bara just ha bundits ihop s\u00e5 den inte heller blir f\u00f6r kletig.<\/p>\n<p>Var f\u00f6rsiktig med att arbeta degen f\u00f6r mycket, n\u00e4r det \u00e4r socker i blir den l\u00e4tt v\u00e4ldigt kladdig. Rulla degen till en rulle och l\u00e4gg den i plastfolie i kylen att mogna i minst 30 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Tag fram degrullen och sk\u00e4r i ganska tunna skivor &#8211; knapp \u00bd cm. Alternativt kan du kavla ut degen med lite extra mj\u00f6l direkt p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspappret. Jag anv\u00e4nde nu f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen mitt nya bakpl\u00e5tsskydd i silikon som fungerade alldeles utm\u00e4rkt, till min stora gl\u00e4dje.<\/p>\n<p>Kakorna kan g\u00f6ras i den storlek (och form) man vill, jag gjorde dem ca 5 cm i diameter.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda kakorna i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till 175-200 grader. Ugnen f\u00e5r inte vara f\u00f6r varm, eftersom kakorna l\u00e4tt br\u00e4nns p\u00e5 grund av sockerm\u00e4ngden. Gr\u00e4dda kakorna i ca 8-10 minuter.
