Vi b\u00f6rjar med vardagsmaten f\u00f6r att sedan ge oss in i h\u00e4rliga menyf\u00f6rslag och id\u00e9er f\u00f6r h\u00e4rliga matdagar, till vardag som helg.<\/h3>\n<h3>M\u00e5ndag brukar vara pastadag i Katinkas Kitchen, s\u00e5 \u00e4ven denna vecka med en l\u00e4ttlagad och mycket god kr\u00e4mig laxs\u00e5s som f\u00e5r sin h\u00e4rliga smak fr\u00e5n schalottenl\u00f6k och vitt vin. B\u00e5de tagliatelle och den bredare papardelle tycker jag passar bra till den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten. S\u00e5sen g\u00e5r v\u00e4ldigt fort och g\u00f6ra &#8211; samtidigt som du kokar pastan. Ett gott br\u00f6d till, kanske med n\u00e5gon god ost och det blir en riktigt god och sm\u00e5tt festlig vardagsmiddag. Jag f\u00f6resl\u00e5r en helstekt kotlettrad, g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 n\u00e4rproducerad ekologisk gris. Kotlettraden steks hel med \u00f6rter och vitl\u00f6k och serveras med en h\u00e4rlig s\u00e5s inspirerad av ett recept av Verner V\u00f6geli d\u00e4r schalottenl\u00f6k, vitt vin, dragon och b\u00e5de fransk dijonsenap och svensk senap ger ljuvlig smak. Servera med kokt eller ugnsstekt potatis och n\u00e5gon h\u00e4rlig kokt v\u00e5rgr\u00f6nsak. Recept kommer under veckan, i kv\u00e4ll har jag lovat vara med familjen.<\/h3>\n<h3>Till torsdagen f\u00f6resl\u00e5r jag en sen h\u00e4rlig brunch, denna g\u00e5ng med stekt potatis, stekt \u00e4gg och r\u00f6kt lax. Hur som helst \u00e4r det fredag och d\u00e5 kan det smaka med n\u00e5got gott och l\u00e4ttlagat igen. Grillat f\u00f6r den som kan om v\u00e4dret till\u00e5ter. Grillade tigerr\u00e4kor \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt gott. Servera dem med kokt ris och en s\u00e5s p\u00e5 cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche eller matlagningsyoghurt blandad med mango chutney och pressad lime eller grillad citron &#8211; gott och enkelt.
