Man kan \u00e4ven ta vanliga r\u00e4kor. Tigerr\u00e4kor \u00e4r ju inte helt politiskt korrekt alla g\u00e5nger, men d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 finner jag r\u00e4ttvisem\u00e4rkta p\u00e5 Konsum som stillar mitt samvete, eller om det \u00e4r kungsr\u00e4kor som jag f\u00f6rst\u00e5tt \u00e4r MSC-m\u00e4rkta och skonsamma mot milj\u00f6 och m\u00e4nnsiskor.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag grillar g\u00e4rna de marinerade r\u00e4korna &#8211; antingen direkt p\u00e5 gallret eller \u00e4nnu hellre i ett finmaskigt fiskgaller. Man kan \u00e4ven l\u00e4gga dem p\u00e5 en stor bit dubbelvikt folie som kanterna viks upp p\u00e5. R\u00e4korna beh\u00f6ver v\u00e4ldigt kort grilltid. Man kan \u00e4ven grilla r\u00e4kor med skal. De beh\u00f6ver inte marineras s\u00e4rskilt l\u00e4nge<\/p>\n<p>Blanda ihop s\u00e5sen. V\u00e4lj smaks\u00e4ttning med lime och mango chutney eller grillad citron. Smaka av med salt och peppar. Vill man g\u00f6ra det \u00e4nnu snabbar f\u00f6r sig serverar man bara mango chutney och soja till, som p\u00e5 bilden. P\u00e5 mittenbilden har jag lagt tillbaka de grillade r\u00e4korna i marinaden innan de serveras, f\u00f6r extra smak.<\/p>\n<p>Koka ris.<\/p>\n<p>Grilla r\u00e4korna hastigt p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor. &nbsp;\u00c4r de r\u00e5a fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan ser du att de \u00e4r klara n\u00e4r de blivit r\u00f6da. Grilla inte f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge, d\u00e5 blir de bara sega.<\/p>\n<p>Servera direkt med kokt ris, s\u00e5sen, en fr\u00e4sch sallad och kanske f\u00e4rsk spenat eller pak choi (en slags asiatisk mangoldliknande gr\u00f6nsak) som du wokar hastigt i lite sesamolja och h\u00e4ller soja p\u00e5.
