Rostat br\u00f6d och goda ostar till samt en stor caffe latte och vi kan s\u00e5 sm\u00e5ningom b\u00f6rja dagen.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag knapersteker baconet utan att br\u00e4nna det. \u00c4ggen steks p\u00e5 bara ena sidan och kryddas med blandade \u00f6rtkryddor (herbes de Provence eller franska \u00f6rtkryddor), paprikapulver, peppar och Trocomare eller Herbamare \u00f6rtsalt. Det blir en v\u00e4ldigt god och uppskattad kryddning p\u00e5 de stekta \u00e4ggen. Jag steker \u00e4ven tomater i halvor som jag kryddat med \u00f6rtkryddor som ovan samt \u00f6rtsalt. Barnen \u00e4lskar stekta tomater s\u00e5 jag brukar f\u00e5 steka ett g\u00e4ng.<\/h3>\n<h3>F\u00e4rskpressad apelsinjuice g\u00f6r vi fortfarande &#8211; apelsinerna \u00e4r inte s\u00e5 goda att \u00e4ta som de \u00e4r nu p\u00e5 f\u00f6rsommaren, men juicen blir s\u00f6t och h\u00e4rlig. En stor caffe latte med underbart kaffe fr\u00e5n Nespresso. Jag \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt f\u00f6rtjust i deras Dulcao do Brasil, men f\u00e5r inte ett \u00f6re f\u00f6r <a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=10595\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-10595\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-10595\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/brunch-bacon-tomat-agg-5-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/brunch-bacon-tomat-agg-5-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/brunch-bacon-tomat-agg-5-Katinkas-Kitchen-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/brunch-bacon-tomat-agg-5-Katinkas-Kitchen-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>att s\u00e4ga det:)<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver till 4 personer:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>2-3 paket bacon<\/p>\n<p>8 \u00e4gg (om ni vill ha tv\u00e5 \u00e4gg per person)<\/p>\n<p>4 tomater eller fler<\/p>\n<p>olja till stekning av \u00e4gg och tomater &#8211; jag anv\u00e4nder alltid olivolja<\/p>\n<p>herbes de Provence eller franska \u00f6rtkryddor eller blandade \u00f6rter<\/p>\n<p>Trocomare eller Herbamare \u00f6rtsalt, peppar fr\u00e5n kvarnen (jag anv\u00e4nder g\u00e4rna blandade pepparsorter i en kvarn)<\/p>\n<p>paprikapulver<\/p>\n<p>tabasco till servering<\/p>\n<p>br\u00f6d att rosta (eller steka om du vill)<\/p>\n<p>kanske n\u00e5gra goda ostar som finns kvar sedan b\u00f6rjan av helgen, eller marmelad<\/p>\n<p>apelsiner till juice &#8211; ber\u00e4kna \u00e5tminstone 2 apelsiner per person<\/p>\n<p>gott kaffe och varm mj\u00f6lk<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Stek bacon i ugn eller stekpanna (jag f\u00f6redrar ugn, p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper i ca 175-200 grader &#8211; passa s\u00e5 inte br\u00e4nns!). Stek \u00e4ggen i olja med goda kryddor, stek tomaterna med \u00f6rtkryddor. L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 tallrikar och duka fram allt det andra goda.
