De valde god, enkel tomats\u00e5s med skinka och \u00f6rtkryddor serverad med pastaskruvar och dessutom br\u00f6d stekt i olivolja med vitl\u00f6k(!). Jag t\u00e4nkte experimentera med kryddning p\u00e5 lax och testa hur det blir om man smaks\u00e4tter laxen med kryddan sumac (fr\u00e5n Iran och Mellan\u00f6stern &#8211; en syrlig r\u00f6d krydda som jag ska skriva mer om fram\u00f6ver). Kokta mor\u00f6tter, en tomatsallad med fetaost och sumac samt potatis eller ris f\u00e5r det bli till.<\/h3>\n<h3>P\u00e5 torsdag \u00e4r det maken som st\u00e5r f\u00f6r maten och n\u00e4r barnen \u00e4r hemma brukar det ofta inneb\u00e4ra att deras \u00f6nskan om ugnspannkaka infrias, alternativt <a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=10769\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-10769\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-10769\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/ugnspannkaka-5-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/ugnspannkaka-5-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/ugnspannkaka-5-Katinkas-Kitchen-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/ugnspannkaka-5-Katinkas-Kitchen-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>makaronil\u00e5da med bacon. Med n\u00e5gra fr\u00e4scha gr\u00f6nsaker eller i vart fall sallad till, hoppas mamman. Det \u00e4r en l\u00e4ttlagad r\u00e4tt som blir mycket god. Jag serverar den g\u00e4rna bara med ett gott br\u00f6d och en sallad. Anomalin i receptet som snarare \u00e4r en blinkning till dagens italienska matlagning \u00e4r de passerade tomaterna som fullbordar denna underbara s\u00e5s.
