Det blev \u00e4ven kokta mor\u00f6tter med olivolja, koriander och salt och en ljuvlig tomatsallad med fetaost, <a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=10792\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-10792\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-10792\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/tomatsallad-feta-sumac-2-Katinkas-Kitchen1-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/tomatsallad-feta-sumac-2-Katinkas-Kitchen1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/tomatsallad-feta-sumac-2-Katinkas-Kitchen1-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/tomatsallad-feta-sumac-2-Katinkas-Kitchen1-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>strimlad v\u00e5rl\u00f6k,olivolja och sumac. H\u00e4rliga smaker som verkligen gick hem hos alla i familjen.<\/h3>\n<h3>Sumac ger en mjukt syrlig och samtidigt fyllig smak. Den anv\u00e4nds traditionellt i den libanesiska salladen fatoush som \u00e4r popul\u00e4r \u00f6ver hela mellan\u00f6stern och best\u00e5r av gr\u00f6na salladsblad (t.ex. romansallad), tomat, morot, gul l\u00f6k, citronsaft, olivolja, stekt pitabr\u00f6d i strimlor och sumac. Just p\u00e5 kycklingen tillsammans med rosmarin blev det v\u00e4ldigt gott och jag st\u00e4ller ibland fram sumac p\u00e5 bordet att str\u00f6 \u00f6ver grillad kyckling. Den blir n\u00e4stan svart n\u00e4r den steks, s\u00e5 det kan vara bra att tills\u00e4tta det mesta efter stekning. N\u00e4r kryddan blir bl\u00f6t blir den n\u00e4stan&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=10798\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-10798\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-10798\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/potatissallad-ruccola-sumac-2-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/potatissallad-ruccola-sumac-2-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/potatissallad-ruccola-sumac-2-Katinkas-Kitchen-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/05\/potatissallad-ruccola-sumac-2-Katinkas-Kitchen-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n<h3>Sumac borde g\u00e5 att finna i H\u00f6torgshallen och alla andra st\u00e4llen som s\u00e4ljer mat fr\u00e5n mellanrosalila likt granat\u00e4ppelsaft s\u00e5 i sallader tills\u00e4tter jag den efter olivolja och ev. citronsaft och r\u00f6r om f\u00f6rsiktigt. En sk\u00e5l p\u00e5 bordet med extra sumac till g\u00e4sterna \u00e4r alltid en god id\u00e9.
