Till min marockanska fisk \u00e4r de givna.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r en riklig laddning i det h\u00e4r receptet men de som blir \u00f6ver \u00e4r goda att \u00e4ta kalla eller i en omelett, frittata eller annat.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 4-6 personer:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 kg mor\u00f6tter<\/p>\n<p>saften fr\u00e5n 2 citroner<\/p>\n<p>4-5 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och finhackade samt g\u00e4rna mosade tillsammans med salt med knivblad<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsk cayenne- eller chilipulver eller stark paprika (ibland tar jag f\u00e4rsk chili och hackar i&nbsp; &#8211; d\u00e5 ofta gr\u00f6n, faktiskt)<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk mald spiskummin<\/p>\n<p>1-2 tsk harissa (en nordafrikansk chilikrydda som anv\u00e4nds till cous cous) \u2013 kan uteslutas, d\u00e5 kan man om man vill ha mer autentiskt drag ta mer av chilin ovanf\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>1 knippa f\u00e4rsk koriander<\/p>\n<p>Lite flingsalt efter smak \u2013 men kryddorna tillsammans med vitl\u00f6ken brukar ge en k\u00e4nsla av s\u00e4lta.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Skala och sk\u00e4r mor\u00f6tterna i bitar \u2013 jag brukar g\u00f6ra lite tjockare skivor till den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten. Koka dem mjuka i vatten, ev. smaksatt med lite salt och citron.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda ihop ingredienserna till dressingen och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver de nykokta avrunna morotsbitarna.
