En klyfta vitl\u00f6k, delad i tv\u00e5 bitar<\/p>\n<p>En bit f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra, skalad och skuren i tunna skivor<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong av god kvalitet, \u2013 b\u00f6rja med en liter vatten och tv\u00e5 t\u00e4rningar<\/p>\n<p>1-2 apelsiner<\/p>\n<p>Peppar och ev. lite salt \u2013 smaka av eftersom buljongen ger s\u00e4lta<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e4rna koriander vid serveringen<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Koka upp buljongen i en kastrull medan du sk\u00e4r upp mor\u00f6tterna, l\u00f6ken, vitl\u00f6ken och ingef\u00e4ran. L\u00e4gg allt i det kokande vattnet och l\u00e5t koka under lock tills mor\u00f6tterna kokat mjuka. Tag kastrullen av v\u00e4rmen och mixa med mixerstav tills allt mixats samman till en ganska sl\u00e4t soppa. Smaks\u00e4tt med den f\u00e4rskpressade saften fr\u00e5n apelsin och n\u00e5gra tag p\u00e5 pepparkvarnen.<\/p>\n<p>Om man vill kan man g\u00e4rna servera soppan med n\u00e5gra blad f\u00e4rsk koriander, eller rentav en olja du gjort genom att mixa en god olja \u2013 g\u00e4rna olivolja \u2013 med f\u00e4rsk koriander. Ringla i lite av den gr\u00f6nskimrande oljan vid serveringen. Servera g\u00e4rna ett gott br\u00f6d till.
