Den \u00e4r n\u00e4stan som ett ogr\u00e4s. S\u00f6der\u00f6ver i Europa behandlar man den g\u00e4rna lite kallsinnat, men i Sverige har vi vett att anv\u00e4nda den till inte bara marmelad och saft, utan till h\u00e4rliga pajer, bakverk och andra efterr\u00e4tter.<\/h3>\n<h3>En av mina favoriter n\u00e4r jag f\u00e5r en lite st\u00f6rre leverans av rabarber fr\u00e5n n\u00e5gon v\u00e4nligt sinnad tr\u00e5dg\u00e5rdsbeg\u00e5vad sj\u00e4l \u00e4r att vaniljbaka den. Det g\u00f6r jag genom att sk\u00e4ra rabarbern i stavar och l\u00e4gga dem i en ugnsfast form som jag sedan h\u00e4ller en vaniljbem\u00e4ngd sockerlag \u00f6ver och bakar det hela i ugn ca 30 minuter. Otroligt enkelt och fantastiskt gott. Rabarberstavarna kan sedan njutas som de \u00e4r med gr\u00e4dde eller vaniljglass, eller p\u00e5 panna cotta. Eller s\u00e5 fryser jag in dem och plockar fram f\u00f6r andra tillf\u00e4llen. De g\u00e5r \u00e4ven att transformera till en kr\u00e4m genom att man sm\u00e4lter ner dem med lag och allt. Lagen i sig \u00e4r ljuvligt god och brukar g\u00e5 hem inte minst hos barnen.
