Jag brukar beh\u00e5lla skalet p\u00e5, men tv\u00e4ttar det noga f\u00f6rst och torkar persikorna.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r kolas\u00e5sen kokat ca 10 minuter och blivit kolasimmig (se bilden h\u00e4r bredvid) r\u00f6r du ner vaniljsockret och d\u00e4refter havregrynen samt bakpulvret och tar av smeten fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen. R\u00f6r smeten j\u00e4mn och h\u00e4ll den d\u00e4refter i en smord pajform. L\u00e4gg persikoskivorna i ett vackert m\u00f6nster (det ser du ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 bild h\u00e4r bredvid). St\u00e4ll in pajen i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till 175 grader. St\u00e4ll den i mitten mot den nedre delen av ugnen. Om du har gasugn st\u00e4ller du den ganska h\u00f6gt upp, men en liten bit ner.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda pajen ca 30 minuter tills den blivit vackert gyllene och kn\u00e4ckig.
