Du kan \u00e4ven blanda den med nykokt pasta och extra olivolja f\u00f6r en h\u00e4rlig, snabb och fr\u00e4sch sommarlunch.<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>2 paket tomater (g\u00e4rna coctailtomater &#8211; jag gillar den lilla&nbsp;miniplommonvarianten) eller vanliga tomater skurna i bitar<\/p>\n<p>f\u00e4rsk basilika<\/p>\n<p>1-2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, fint hackade<\/p>\n<p>olivolja<\/p>\n<p>flingsalt<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00f6lj tomaterna och dela dem i halvor eller kvartar. Anv\u00e4nder du stora tomater sk\u00e4r du dem i ganska sm\u00e5 bitar. Blanda tomaterna med hackad f\u00e4rsk basilika och finhackad vitl\u00f6k som du mosat med salt med ett knivblad. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett utm\u00e4rkt s\u00e4tt att mosa vitl\u00f6k p\u00e5 eftersom det ger en mildare och finare smak \u00e4n om du anv\u00e4nder vitl\u00f6kspressen. Ringla olivolja \u00f6ver. Smaka av s\u00e5 du har lagom s\u00e4lta.
