Tunt skivat k\u00f6tt eller kyckling som blivit kvar sedan middagen innan \u00e4r underbart gott att servera tillsammans med stekta \u00e4gg eller \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra, stekt potatis, stekta eller f\u00e4rska tomater och rostat br\u00f6d.<\/h3>\n<h3>Idag blir det r\u00f6kt lax som serveras med h\u00e4rligt kr\u00e4mig \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra &#8211; g\u00e4rna med hackad gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k &#8211; och sm\u00f6rstekt br\u00f6d.<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver till 4 personer:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>7-8 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>1-1\u00bd dl gr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n<p>lite salt<\/p>\n<p>ev. lite cayennepeppar (ger angen\u00e4mt bett mot de milda smakerna)<\/p>\n<p>nymald vitpeppar<\/p>\n<p>en klick sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna f\u00e4rsk gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k, hackad<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Kn\u00e4ck \u00e4ggen i en sk\u00e5l och vispa dem med en visp tills de blandats v\u00e4l. Eftersom en \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra ska bli s\u00f6nderhackad i konsistensen ska \u00e4ggen vispas s\u00f6nder, till skillnad fr\u00e5n n\u00e4r man g\u00f6r omelett d\u00e5 det \u00e4r viktigt att \u00e4ggen fortfarande h\u00e5ller ihop.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa ner gr\u00e4dden, saltet och kryddorna. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att det blir s\u00e4lta av laxen sedan ocks\u00e5. Salt kan man alltid tills\u00e4tta p\u00e5 slutet ocks\u00e5. V\u00e4rm upp en tjockbottnad kastrull och sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret. N\u00e4r det precis slutat fr\u00e4sa men innan det hunnit bli br\u00e4nt h\u00e4ller du i \u00e4ggsmeten och r\u00f6r hela tiden medan den v\u00e4rms upp. I b\u00f6rjan g\u00e5r det l\u00e5ngsamt, men n\u00e4r den v\u00e4l b\u00f6rjar stelna g\u00e5r det fort s\u00e5 du m\u00e5ste r\u00f6ra hela tiden \u2013 annars blir den inte kr\u00e4mig och riskerar att br\u00e4nnas vid.
