Dottern utbrast i veckan att &#8221;det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ju v\u00e4rsta LCHF-maten&#8221;, och sanningen \u00e4r att vi nog ibland \u00e4ter LCHF-artat utan n\u00e5gon st\u00f6rre medvetenhet eller avsikt att g\u00f6ra det, \u00e4ven om den mer korrekta ben\u00e4mningen antagligen \u00e4r Medelhavsdiet i Katinkas Kitchen.<\/h3>\n<h3>LCHF st\u00e5r f\u00f6r Low Carbon High Fat och inneb\u00e4r att man v\u00e4ljer bort kolhydrater s\u00e5som pasta, potatis, br\u00f6d medan man inte h\u00e5ller igen p\u00e5 fett. Ha t\u00e5lamod &#8211; det tar lite tid. Och kom ih\u00e5g att jag inte \u00e4r n\u00e5gon LCHF-expert, utan bra p\u00e5 medelhavsmat.<\/h3>\n<h3>Det ska ocks\u00e5 n\u00e4mnas att LCHF-konceptet \u00e4ven har ifr\u00e5gasatts och meningarna g\u00e5r verkligen is\u00e4r om hur man ska \u00e4ta p\u00e5 b\u00e4sta vis. Jag h\u00e5ller mig till min \u00f6vertygelse om att en varierad kost med mycket gr\u00f6nsaker och mindre m\u00e4ngd kolhydrater \u00e4r nyttigt. Vad g\u00e4ller fett tror jag verkligen att l\u00e4ttprodukter inte \u00e4r nyttiga, och jag anv\u00e4nder g\u00e4rna b\u00e5de olivolja och sm\u00f6r i min matglagning och bakning, som den trogne l\u00e4saren vet.
