St\u00e4ll in i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till 175 grader men direkt drar ner till 150 grader. L\u00e5t mar\u00e4ngen st\u00e5 i en dryg timme, st\u00e4ng av v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t den st\u00e5 kvar att torka ytterligare. Knacka p\u00e5 mar\u00e4ngen s\u00e5 att du m\u00e4rker att den \u00e4r torr och inte f\u00f6r mjuk inuti. Det l\u00e5ter mer ih\u00e5ligt och torrt n\u00e4r den \u00e4r klar. Den brukar fortfarande ha en lite knaperseg god k\u00e4rna. P\u00e5 en annan bild h\u00e4r bredvid lite l\u00e4ngre ner ser du den f\u00e4rdigbakade mar\u00e4ngbotten.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4ll mar\u00e4ngen p\u00e5 ett torrt st\u00e4lle tills det \u00e4r dags att montera t\u00e5rtan.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa 2\u00bd-3 dl gr\u00e4dde med \u00bd msk socker och \u00e4kta vanilj, alternativt 1\u00bd tsk vaniljsocker.
