L\u00f6jrom \u00e4r ju en av de f\u00e5 saker som kan frysas och tinas om igen utan att ta n\u00e4mnv\u00e4rd skada. Bredvid i frysen l\u00e5g ett halvt paket med miniblinis, s\u00e5 det fick bli en lyxig liten f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt s\u00e5d\u00e4r lite of\u00f6rhappandes.<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u00f6jrom, tinad<\/p>\n<p>finhackad schalottenl\u00f6k eller r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche eller \u00e4nnu hellre smetana n\u00e4r l\u00f6jrommen serveras till blinis f\u00f6r den autentiska k\u00e4nslan:)<\/p>\n<p>blinis (finns att k\u00f6pa f\u00e4rdiga f\u00f6r den som inte vill st\u00e4lla sig och g\u00f6ra sj\u00e4lv)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Stek blinisarna i sm\u00f6r eller rosta dem i br\u00f6drost. Kan vara pilligt n\u00e4r de \u00e4r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r sm\u00e5, men med en bra plastt\u00e5ng att fiska upp dem ur br\u00f6drosten g\u00e5r det ganska bra. Om man inte har blinisar kan man med gott resultat servera l\u00f6jrommen p\u00e5 rostat br\u00f6d eller br\u00f6dkrutonger.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t dem svalna innan du l\u00e4gger p\u00e5 en klick smetana eller cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, d\u00e4refter lite finhackad l\u00f6k och toppar med en klick l\u00f6jrom.
