De \u00e4r ett h\u00e4rligt tillbeh\u00f6r till m\u00e5nga r\u00e4tter, som till exempel de grillade j\u00e4tter\u00e4korna du finner h\u00e4r bredvid, eller p\u00e5 l\u00e4nken nedanf\u00f6r.<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1-2 zucchinis<\/p>\n<p>1-2 auberginer<\/p>\n<p>saft samt rivet citronskal fr\u00e5n 1-2 citroner<\/p>\n<p>3-4 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och pressade<\/p>\n<p>salt och peppar<\/p>\n<p>ev. lite chiliflakes eller hackad f\u00e4rsk chili<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r gr\u00f6nsakerna p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden och l\u00e4gg dem i en form eller sk\u00e5l. \u00c4r de stora delar du dem f\u00f6rst p\u00e5 h\u00e4lften. Se hur jag gjort p\u00e5 bilden.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda ihop marinaden och h\u00e4ll dem \u00f6ver gr\u00f6nsaksskivorna. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan tills det \u00e4r dags att grilla. L\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 grillen med den mest marinerade sidan ner\u00e5t.
