H\u00e4r har vi k\u00f6pt h\u00e4rlig iberisk fl\u00e4skfil\u00e9 som p\u00e5 spanska kallas solomillo, lagt den i en marinad smaksatt med bland annat salvia och soyas\u00e5s. <\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Som tillbeh\u00f6r blev det grillade tomater p\u00e5 barnens entr\u00e4gna \u00f6nskan, grillade potatishalvor smaksatta med rosmarin och timjan samt en chili-limesmakande salsa. Tallriken med r\u00e4tten h\u00e4r bredvid \u00e4r sonens prydligt upplagda fat som han fotograferat.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Du beh\u00f6ver till fl\u00e4skfil\u00e9n:<\/p>\n<p>Ber\u00e4kna ca 200 gram fl\u00e4skfil\u00e9 per person, blir det k\u00f6tt \u00f6ver \u00e4r det j\u00e4ttegott att \u00e4ta kallt till lunch.<\/p>\n<p>Ber\u00e4kna h\u00e4lften soyas\u00e5s, h\u00e4lften olja &#8211; d.v.s \u00bd dl soya och \u00bd dl olivolja<\/p>\n<p>salvia, helst en stor n\u00e4ve f\u00e4rsk finhackad, alt. tv\u00e5 r\u00e5gade tsk torkad salvia<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna lite rosmarin ocks\u00e5, eller herbes de Provence<\/p>\n<p>2-4 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och pressade<\/p>\n<p>peppar, salt<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<p>Blanda ihop ingredienserna till marinaden och l\u00e4gg den putsade fl\u00e4skfil\u00e9n i marinaden. L\u00e5t den st\u00e5 i kylen i n\u00e5gra timmar eller framme \u00bd-1 timme f\u00f6re grillning.
