Barnen vill helst ha det varje dag. Det \u00e4r extra gott att grilla de lite st\u00f6rre tomaterna, typ bifftomater. I Spanien \u00e4r det mest s\u00e5dana tomater man finner i aff\u00e4rerna och p\u00e5 marknaderna.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag kryddar g\u00e4rna tomaterna med provencalska \u00f6rtkryddor, rosmarin eller timjan, g\u00e4rna f\u00e4rsk. N\u00e4r du sedan l\u00e4gger dem p\u00e5 grillen \u00e4r det viktigt att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 att l\u00e4gga dem med skalsidan ner s\u00e5 de beh\u00e5ller allt det goda innanm\u00e4tet utan att det rinner ut.<\/h3>\n<p>Ber\u00e4kna minst en tomat per person. Dela tomaterna i halvor mitt emellan kvistf\u00e4stet och toppsidan av tomaten. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis f\u00e5r du snyggare halvor och de h\u00e5ller dessutom ihop b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n om man delar dem p\u00e5 andra ledden.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg tomathalvorna p\u00e5 ett fat och str\u00f6 f\u00e4rska \u00f6rtkryddor \u00f6ver &#8211; jag brukar ta herbes de Provence, men det g\u00e5r \u00e4ven bra med timjan och\/eller rosmarin. Str\u00f6 \u00e4ven lite salt p\u00e5 dem.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r du sedan grillar dem l\u00e4gger du dem som sagt med skalsidan ner\u00e5t s\u00e5 de beh\u00e5ller allt det saftiga goda i sig.
