Citron- och \u00f6rtsm\u00f6ret \u00e4r en favorit, s\u00e5 \u00e4ven schalottenl\u00f6kssm\u00f6ret.<\/h3>\n<h3>Idag blir det ett lite kryddigare sm\u00f6r som passar bra till smakrikt k\u00f6tt, som till exempel den grillade hela entrec\u00f4ten. Det \u00e4r inspirerat av Caf\u00e9 de Paris. Blanda i kryddorna, riv i citron- och limeskal och pressa i vitl\u00f6ken. Om du \u00e4r os\u00e4ker p\u00e5 vitl\u00f6kens styrka \u00e4r det klokt att ta lite i taget, eftersom vitl\u00f6ken inte ska dominera f\u00f6r mycket utan bara vara med f\u00f6r att ge den fina kryddiga helheten till det h\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret. Saknar du n\u00e5gra \u00f6rtkryddor eller persillade kan du hoppa \u00f6ver det. R\u00f6r sm\u00f6ret mjukt och j\u00e4mnt och l\u00e4gg upp det i en serveringssk\u00e5l. St\u00e4ll sm\u00f6ret kallt tills det \u00e4r dags att servera det.
