Det kommer ett eget inl\u00e4gg med recept p\u00e5 grillad laxsida.<\/h3>\n<h3>Det l\u00e4mpar sig v\u00e4ldigt v\u00e4l att grilla hel fisk som lax\u00f6ring, g\u00f6s eller annan fisk. Det blir saftigt och h\u00e4rligt med en hel fisk som fylls med f\u00e4rska \u00f6rter och citron och sedan l\u00e4ggs p\u00e5 grillen. Man kan antingen vira in den i foliepaket och l\u00e4gga det p\u00e5 grillen eller fl\u00e4ka ut fisken och grilla den med skinnsidan ner, som man g\u00f6r i Spanien. Ett smakfullt alternativ \u00e4r att fylla fisken med caf\u00e9 de Paris-sm\u00f6r och extra \u00f6rtkryddor samt citron eller bara citronskal.
