Tills\u00e4tt vin och l\u00e5t puttra p\u00e5 ganska h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 det reduceras och kokar ihop till drygt h\u00e4lften. Tills\u00e4tt saffran, buljong, gr\u00e4dde och kryddor. L\u00e5t s\u00e5sen st\u00e5 och sm\u00e5puttra till strax innan det \u00e4r dags att servera d\u00e5 skaldjuren l\u00e4ggs i precis innan dess f\u00f6r att inte bli torra och tr\u00e5kiga.<\/p>\n<p>Koka upp pastavattnet, salt och l\u00e4gg i pastan. L\u00e5t koka al dente, h\u00e4ll av i durkslag. Precis innan pastan blir klar l\u00e4gger du i skaldjuren i s\u00e5sen s\u00e5 de v\u00e4rms upp. Anv\u00e4nder du r\u00e5a skaldjur ser du till att de precis blir kokta. R\u00e4kor \u00e4ndrar ju f\u00e4rg d\u00e5.
