Men det \u00e4r ofta som den paella som serveras inte \u00e4r som den borde och kan vara.<\/h3>\n<h3>P\u00e5 Simbad el Marino (Sinbad fiskaren) p\u00e5 Spaniens sydkust f\u00e5r man inte bara en ljuvlig paella, utan \u00e4ven hela upplevelsen med strandrestaurang smyckad med sn\u00e4ckor, str\u00e5tak, v\u00e5gklucket och den h\u00e4rliga Medelhavsatmosf\u00e4ren.<\/h3>\n<h3>Paellan m\u00e5ste best\u00e4llas i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g, s\u00e4ger \u00e4garen Cristobal Cano Belmonte, f\u00f6r att se till att han har f\u00e4rska r\u00e5varor till sin paella. Och det \u00e4r v\u00e4rt att komma ih\u00e5g att de b\u00e4sta paellorna f\u00e5r man just p\u00e5 restauranger som inte serverar <a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=12084\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-12084\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-12084\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/paella-3-simbad-el-marino-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/paella-3-simbad-el-marino-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/paella-3-simbad-el-marino-Katinkas-Kitchen-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/paella-3-simbad-el-marino-Katinkas-Kitchen-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>sina peallor l\u00e4ttvindigt, utan d\u00e4r de ska best\u00e4llas.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag har f\u00e5tt receptet fr\u00e5n Simbad el Marino &#8211; Cristobal, som jag med gl\u00e4dje delar med mig av till er l\u00e4sare, f\u00f6r att ni ska kunna g\u00f6ra och njuta en lika h\u00e4rlig paella hemmavid.<\/h3>\n<h3>F\u00f6re paellan \u00e4ter vi g\u00e4rna de supergoda purf\u00e4rska sm\u00e5 hj\u00e4rtmusslorna &#8211; almejas &#8211; som hastigt \u00e5ngats i vitt vin med olivolja och vitl\u00f6k. Nygrillade r\u00e4kor, gambas, \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 gott, eller de f\u00f6r M\u00e1lagakusten s\u00e5 typiska boquerones, sm\u00e5 hastigt oljestekta fiskar fr\u00e5n ansjovissl\u00e4ktet. Om man som jag \u00e4r f\u00f6dd i M\u00e1laga kallas man till och med f\u00f6r en <a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=12085\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-12085\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-12085\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/almejas-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/almejas-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/almejas-Katinkas-Kitchen-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/almejas-Katinkas-Kitchen-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>boquerona (boquer\u00f3n f\u00f6r m\u00e4n). R\u00f6r ett litet tag, tills\u00e4tt riset och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 buljongen. Dra ner v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme ca 15 minuter f\u00f6rst, d\u00e5 l\u00e4gger du i hj\u00e4rtmusslorna och\/eller musslorna, r\u00e4korna l\u00e4ggs i \u00e4nnu mer mot slutet &#8211; s\u00e4rskilt om de redan \u00e4r kokta.
