Den serverar jag g\u00e4rna till grillat &#8211; b\u00e5de k\u00f6tt och r\u00e4kor, som gambas eller gambones som vi grillade i Spanien. Den f\u00e5r sin underbara smak av s\u00f6tstark mango chutney tillsammans med vitl\u00f6k, citron och lite andra blandade kryddor.<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1-2 dl cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche (eller s\u00e5 tar du bara matlagningsyoghurt f\u00f6r nyttigare s\u00e5s)<\/p>\n<p>1-2 dl matlagningsyoghurt, g\u00e4rna den turkiska tjocka h\u00e4rliga matlagningsyoghurt man hittar i flera aff\u00e4rer numera och som nu \u00e4ven f\u00f6red\u00f6mligt nog finns i laktosfri variant!<\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd-2 dl mango chutney (finns att k\u00f6pa p\u00e5 burk)<\/p>\n<p>rivet skal av 1 citron samt saft av 1-2 citroner &#8211; smaka av!<\/p>\n<p>1-2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och pressade<\/p>\n<p>salt och peppar<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna n\u00e5gon kryddblandning som chili-lime eller liknande<\/p>\n<p>lite chilipulver eller cayenne<\/p>\n<p>paprikapulver<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Blanda ihop alla ingredienser och smaka av s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r fin balans med inte f\u00f6r mycket vitl\u00f6k, med fin syra fr\u00e5n citronen, s\u00f6tma fr\u00e5n mango chutneyn och bra s\u00e4lta. R\u00f6r ihop och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 kallt till servering.<\/p>\n<p>Servera g\u00e4rna till grillad fl\u00e4skfil\u00e9 eller annat fl\u00e4skk\u00f6tt &#8211; med potatis eller ris.
