Jag tror att de serverade sin entrec\u00f4te med mer av en sm\u00f6rs\u00e5s, men det \u00e4r kryddsm\u00f6ret som blivit mer vida spritt.<\/h3>\n<h3>Urspungsreceptet \u00e4r hemligt och det h\u00e4r \u00e4r min tolkning av Caf\u00e9 de Paris-sm\u00f6ret som jag serverar till antingen skivor av entrec\u00f4te eller helstekt entrec\u00f4te. Saknar du n\u00e5gra \u00f6rtkryddor eller persillade kan du hoppa \u00f6ver det. R\u00f6r sm\u00f6ret mjukt och j\u00e4mnt och l\u00e4gg upp det i en serveringssk\u00e5l.
