Du kan sj\u00e4lvklart \u00e4ven laga den utan koriander &#8211; men pr\u00f6va g\u00e4rna att ha p\u00e5 lite i alla fall&#8230;:-)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>En kyckling styckad i bitar, eller kycklingl\u00e5r eller kycklingl\u00e5rfil\u00e9er ca 500 gram<\/p>\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k skuren i klyftor<\/p>\n<p>2-3 klyftor vitl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>2-3 cm f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra, riven<\/p>\n<p>3-4 msk balti curry paste mild\/medium eller annan ljus currypasta<\/p>\n<p>ca 2 stora msk lime pickle (smak av!)<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsk spiskummin (smaka av h\u00e4r ocks\u00e5)<\/p>\n<p>3-5 kardemummak\u00e4rnor, hela<\/p>\n<p>2 dl matlagningsyoghurt eller naturell yoghurt som f\u00e5tt sila av vasslen i ett melittafilter<\/p>\n<p>F\u00e4rsk koriander, en rej\u00e4l n\u00e4ve, hackad eller klippt<\/p>\n<p>Saften av en f\u00e4rskpressad lime<\/p>\n<p>Raita (yoghurts\u00e5s) som serveras till:<\/p>\n<p>4 dl matlagningsyoghurt eller naturell yoghurt som f\u00e5tt sila av vasslen i ett melittafilter<\/p>\n<p>En gurka skuren i strimlor<\/p>\n<p>Ca 2 fint t\u00e4rnade tomater<\/p>\n<p>1-2 klyftor vitl\u00f6k, pressad eller finhackad (i det h\u00e4r receptet, men vanligtvis inte vitl\u00f6k i raita)<\/p>\n<p>f\u00e4rsk koriander, klippt eller hackad \u2013 spara lite till dekoration<\/p>\n<p>smaka av med flingsalt<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Stek kycklingbitarna, l\u00e4gg i l\u00f6ken, currypastan och vitl\u00f6ken. L\u00e4gg allt i gryta tillsammans med kardemummak\u00e4rnorna, lime picklen och h\u00e4lften av koriandern. Om du stekt kyckling, l\u00f6k m.m. i stekpanna \u2013 h\u00e4ll d\u00e5 i lite vatten f\u00f6r att h\u00e4mta upp smakerna och h\u00e4ll ner vattnet med det uppl\u00f6sta stekfettet och resterna \u00f6ver kycklingen i grytan. Tills\u00e4tt 2 dl matlagningsyoghurt eller yoghurt som f\u00e5tt rinna av i melittafilter. R\u00f6r om. L\u00e5t puttra i ca 20-30 minuter tills kycklingen \u00e4r helt genomkokt och bara sl\u00e4pper ifr\u00e5n sig klar saft n\u00e4r du sticker i den. Om saften \u00e4r rosa beh\u00f6ver den koka ett tag till.
