En salsa kan g\u00f6ras p\u00e5 till&nbsp;exempel tomater, mango, \u00e4pple, kiwi, nektariner, persikor, avokado. Den smaks\u00e4tts med chili (helst f\u00e4rsk) och pressad lime samt lite salt. Sk\u00e4r sedan nektarinen i smala klyftor och dela dem i mindre bitar, ca 1 cm. Blanda allt i en sk\u00e5l och hacka chilin och tills\u00e4tt. K\u00e4nn efter om&nbsp;du har f\u00e5tt tag p\u00e5 en stark eller mildare chili. Pressa limejucien \u00f6ver och smaks\u00e4tt med salt och eventuellt hackade korianderblad.
