v\u00e4sterbottenpaj med renskav som den egentligen heter, \u00e4r ett recept som vann en pajt\u00e4vling i tidningen Land f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga \u00e5r sedan, och sparades av min mor som tyckte att jag skulle skriva om denna goda h\u00f6stiga paj.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag vet inte vem som \u00e4r upphovsman eller -kvinna till det, men hoppas att denne uppskattar att jag sprider detta utm\u00e4rkta recept till Om du g\u00f6r den glutenfria pajdegen g\u00f6r du likadant men tills\u00e4tter kesellan efter att ha smulat i hop det glutenfria mj\u00f6let och sm\u00f6ret.<\/p>\n<p>Tryck ut degen i en pajform och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 i kylen ca 30 min. L\u00e5t pajdegen g\u00e5 upp \u00f6ver kanterna, s\u00e5 h\u00e5ller den sig uppe b\u00e4ttre. F\u00f6rgr\u00e4dda pajskalet i 225 grader i ca 10 min.<\/p>\n<p>Skala och hacka l\u00f6ken. Fr\u00e4s renskav och d\u00e4refter svamp och l\u00f6k i sm\u00f6ret.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e5riv \u00e4pplet och tills\u00e4tt. (Jag valde att skala och finhacka \u00e4pplet) R\u00f6r i kapris och viltkrydda. Smaka av med salt. Fyll pajskalet med renskavsfr\u00e4set.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa \u00e4ggen l\u00e4tt, tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lk, cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche till \u00e4ggstanningen, vispa ihop och r\u00f6r i den rivna osten och sl\u00e5 sedan \u00e4ggstanningen \u00f6ver renskavsfr\u00e4set. Gr\u00e4dda i 200 grader ca 30 min eller tills fyllningen har stannat.<\/p>\n<p>Servera, kanske med en gr\u00f6nsallad eller fransk tomatsallad.<\/p>\n<p>Bon app\u00e9tit \u00f6nskas med v\u00e4nliga matglada h\u00e4lsningar genom Katinkas Kitchen<\/p>\n<p>Liten kommentar: Runt middagsbordet engagerade sig som vanligt hela familjen kring pajen som blev v\u00e4ldigt uppskattad! Diskussioner uppstod om hur man kanske kunde f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra denna redan fantastiskt goda paj, och alla var \u00f6verens om att det var bra att t\u00e4rna \u00e4pplet i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att riva. D\u00e4rut\u00f6ver ville alla ha en kr\u00e4migare \u00e4ggstanning och ingen f\u00f6rstod vad kaprisen hade d\u00e4r att g\u00f6ra annat \u00e4n som ett sydl\u00e4ndskt exotiskt inslag i de nordliga smakerna:) &#8211; breddgradskonmpensation kallade dottern det. D\u00e4remot var det v\u00e4ldigt gott att servera syltl\u00f6k till, enades vi om.<\/p>\n<p>Jag kommer d\u00e4rf\u00f6r n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng att utesluta kaprisen, ta lite mindre m\u00e4ngd v\u00e4sterbottenost samt g\u00f6ra \u00e4ggstanningen utan cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche men med 3 dl gr\u00e4ddmj\u00f6lk (eller bara gr\u00e4dde) och 3 \u00e4gg. \u00c5terkommer fram\u00f6ver om hur resultatet blev.
