Syran i chutneys anses ha v\u00e4lg\u00f6rande inverkan p\u00e5 matsm\u00e4ltningen och f\u00f6r h\u00e4lsan enligt den ayurvediska l\u00e4ran. Det blir ett v\u00e4ldigt gott tillbeh\u00f6r att servera till indisk mat och g\u00e4rna f\u00f6re en indisk curry till papadums, friterade linsbr\u00f6d som man serverar f\u00f6re middagen med chutney, cachumber som du hittar p\u00e5 den h\u00e4r l\u00e4nken:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?p=177\">http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?p=177<\/a>.
