Den skrevs av numera legendariska Julia Child tillsammans med tv\u00e5 fransyskor; Louisette Bertholle och Simone Beck.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag fick mitt f\u00f6rsta exemplar n\u00e4r jag fyllde 18 och l\u00e4ste den som en bok fr\u00e5n p\u00e4rm till p\u00e4rm &#8211; tv\u00e5 g\u00e5nger! Sj\u00e4lvklart f\u00f6r att jag \u00e4r tokig i mat och matlagning, men ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att jag l\u00e4rde mig s\u00e5 otroligt mycket. Just den redan v\u00e4ltummade och s\u00f6nderfallande boken var n\u00e4ra att brinna upp i v\u00e5ras d\u00e5 den av misstag lagts p\u00e5 en varm platta p\u00e5 spisen.<\/h3>\n<h3>Det har varit sv\u00e5rare \u00e4n man skulle kunna tro att f\u00e5 tag p\u00e5 nya inbundna exemplar, eftersom den inte gavs ut i nytryck under l\u00e5ng tid &#8211; men jag fick en ny p\u00e5 min f\u00f6delsedag, denna g\u00e5ng inbunden och p\u00e5 originalspr\u00e5ket.<\/h3>\n<h3>Idag har Svenska Dagbladet en trevlig artikel om Julia Child skriven av Jenny Damberg i deras kolumn Under Strecket. D\u00e4r kan man l\u00e4sa och l\u00e4ra mer om denna p\u00e5 flera s\u00e4tt imponerande kvinna, som f\u00f6ddes f\u00f6r 100 \u00e5r sedan just idag. \u00a0\u00a0L\u00e4nk till artikeln <em>Julica Child tog det franska k\u00f6ket till USA<\/em>:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.svd.se\/kultur\/understrecket\/julia-child-tog-det-franska-koket-till-usa_7421888.svd\">http:\/\/www.svd.se\/kultur\/understrecket\/julia-child-tog-det-franska-koket-till-usa_7421888.svd<\/a><\/h3>\n<h3>Nu \u00e4r det bara att hoppas p\u00e5 nyutg\u00e5vor av matbibeln.<\/h3>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r inl\u00e4gget skrev jag 2012 och kan nu gl\u00e4djande konstatera att jag (och m\u00e5nga med mig) blev b\u00f6nh\u00f6rda!
