Det blir en h\u00e4rlig smak med lite hetta fr\u00e5n chilin. Den som vill kan ta basilika i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r koriander.<\/p>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>F\u00e4rska r\u00e4kor, skalade (till 4 personer ca ett halvt kilo till f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt)<\/p>\n<p>En bit chili, efter smak och beroende p\u00e5 hur stark den \u00e4r, finhackad<\/p>\n<p>Lime, saften fr\u00e5n 1-2 frukter<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6dl\u00f6k, en finstrimlad<\/p>\n<p>F\u00e4rsk koriander, en rej\u00e4l n\u00e4ve blad och stj\u00e4lkar som strimlats<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5gra vackra hela korianderblad till garnering<\/p>\n<p>Avokado, 1-2 st., skuren i bitar eller strimlor<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e4rna f\u00e4rsk mango, skuren i bitar<\/p>\n<p>Salladsblad \u2013 g\u00e4rna ruccola, ekblad eller romansallad och kanske mach\u00e9sallad<\/p>\n<p>Lite olivolja och balsamvin\u00e4ger<\/p>\n<p>Salt och nymalen peppar om man vill<\/p>\n<p>Cocktailtomater, skurna i halvor<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Skala r\u00e4korna och l\u00e4gg dem i en sk\u00e5l. Pressa \u00f6ver limejuicen och l\u00e4gg i finhackad chili och koriander, men spara n\u00e5gra korianderblad till serveringen. L\u00e4gg \u00e4ven i finstrimlad r\u00f6dl\u00f6k. L\u00e5t marinera ett tag \u2013 medan du g\u00f6r iordning resten.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r upp avokadon och mangon och st\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan. Sk\u00f6lj salladen och slunga den helst i det utm\u00e4rkta k\u00f6ksredskapet salladsslunga s\u00e5 den blir torr och inte inneh\u00e5ller s\u00e5 mycket vatten. Ta fram n\u00e5gra fina sk\u00e5lar eller glas att servera cocktailen i. Jag brukar anv\u00e4nda vackra breda champagneglas eller champagneglas som \u00e4r som strutar. Martiniglas blir ocks\u00e5 v\u00e4ldigt fint. L\u00e4gg salladsblad i botten och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver lite olivolja och balsamvin\u00e4ger, smula lite flingsalt \u00f6ver och n\u00e5gra tag med pepparkvarnen. Blanda ner mangon och avokadon i r\u00e4kmarinaden och r\u00f6r runt f\u00f6rsiktigt. L\u00e4gg upp r\u00e4kblandningen p\u00e5 salladsbladen och dekorera g\u00e4rna med n\u00e5gra cocktailtomater och sist n\u00e5gra korianderblad.
