Jag hade t\u00e4nkt g\u00f6ra zucchinisoppan, men n\u00e4r zucchinin \u00e4r s\u00e5 sp\u00e4d och mj\u00e4ll \u00e4r det synd s\u00e5 jag kom p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r i st\u00e4llet, som jag kallar sk\u00f6rdepasta.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Pasta efter tycke, smak och tillg\u00e5ng &#8211; jag valde favoriten bavette, en lite bredare platt spaghetti som \u00e4r snarlik linguine, ber\u00e4kna drygt 100 gram pasta per person<\/p>\n<p>2-4 mindre zucchinisar, beroende p\u00e5 storlek, tv\u00e4ttade och skurna i <a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=12623\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-12623\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-12623\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/skordepasta-2-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/skordepasta-2-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/skordepasta-2-Katinkas-Kitchen-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/skordepasta-2-Katinkas-Kitchen-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>skivor<\/p>\n<p>5-8 tomater, beroende p\u00e5 storlek igen (de h\u00e4r hemodlade \u00e4r lite mindre, och blandad kompott), hackade<\/p>\n<p>3 klyftor f\u00e4rsk vitl\u00f6k eller 1-2 klyftor vanlig, skalade och strimlade<\/p>\n<p>1 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k eller gul l\u00f6k, g\u00e4rna f\u00e4rsk f\u00f6r den milda fina smaken<\/p>\n<p>peppar och salt<\/p>\n<p>en skv\u00e4tt vitt vin<\/p>\n<p>olivolja till stekning och servering<a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=12624\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-12624\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-12624\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/skordepasta-6-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/skordepasta-6-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/skordepasta-6-Katinkas-Kitchen-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/skordepasta-6-Katinkas-Kitchen-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00f6rtkryddor efter tillg\u00e5ng och smak -t.ex. timjan, mejram, basilika (jag tog timjan, citrontimjan och mejram)<\/p>\n<p>riven parmesan till servering<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 en stor kastrull med pastavatten. Salta f\u00f6rst n\u00e4r du l\u00e4gger i pastan har jag l\u00e4rt mig, f\u00f6r att skona kastrullen, s\u00e4gs det.<\/p>\n<p>Skiva zucchinin och sk\u00e4r tomaterna, strimla l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k. Repa (dra uppifr\u00e5n och ner l\u00e4ngs med stj\u00e4lken) coh hacka \u00f6rterna. Hetta upp olivolja i en stekpanna. Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken och vitl\u00f6ken f\u00f6rst, tills\u00e4tt tomaterna<a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=12625\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-12625\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-12625\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/skordepasta-7-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/skordepasta-7-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/skordepasta-7-Katinkas-Kitchen-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/skordepasta-7-Katinkas-Kitchen-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a> och vinet samt \u00f6rtkryddorna. L\u00e5t puttra ihop ett tag. L\u00e4gg sist i zucchinin s\u00e5 den inte blir f\u00f6r \u00f6verkokt. Smaka av med salt och peppar och \u00f6vrig kryddning. N\u00e4r pastan \u00e4r f\u00e4rdig al dente, eller till och med strax under det (den forts\u00e4tter att bli mjuk efter att du h\u00e4llt av den samt mjuknar ytterligare lite i s\u00e5sen vid serveringen) h\u00e4ller du av den och l\u00e4gger den i pastas\u00e5sen med en skv\u00e4tt extra olivolja. R\u00f6r runt s\u00e5 varje pastastr\u00e5 blir ordentligt t\u00e4ckt av s\u00e5sen. H\u00e4ll upp i serveringssk\u00e5l eller l\u00e4gg upp direkt p\u00e5 fat.
