Efter ett tag tills\u00e4tter du citronsaft och g\u00e4rna en skv\u00e4tt vin samt \u00f6rtkryddor. Smaka av med salt och peppar. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett lock och l\u00e5t puttra ett tag. Zucchinin ska precis b\u00f6rja mjukna men ha kvar en del sp\u00e4nst f\u00f6r att inte helt f\u00f6rsvinna i en mosig gegga. Servera direkt med stekt eller grillad kyckling, k\u00f6tt eller fisk.
