L\u00f6vbiff \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt snabblagad mat, \u00e4ven n\u00e4r man g\u00f6r den lite mer avancerad med en god fyllning. Smaka av och kolla s\u00e5 konsistensen inte \u00e4r f\u00f6r l\u00f6s.<\/p>\n<p>Torka av k\u00f6ttskivorna och l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 en sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da. Klicka p\u00e5 fyllning p\u00e5 ena halvan. Vik den andra halvan \u00f6ver. Jag brukar inte f\u00e4sta med tandpetare eftersom jag tycker de blir oformliga d\u00e5 och \u00e4r opraktiskt.<\/p>\n<p>Stek de fyllda l\u00f6vbiffarna i het panna, g\u00e4rna grillpanna f\u00f6r fint m\u00f6nster.<\/p>\n<p>Salta och peppra lite p\u00e5 ytan. G\u00e4rna lite gott \u00f6rtsalt. Servera direkt med de tillbeh\u00f6r du valt.
