Vispa med en gaffel s\u00e5 att \u00e4ggulor och \u00e4ggvitor precis g\u00e5r ihop utan att sl\u00e5s s\u00f6nder f\u00f6r mycket. Du kan l\u00e4sa mer om den \u00e4dla konsten att g\u00f6ra en god omelett p\u00e5 den h\u00e4r l\u00e4nken:&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?p=225\">http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?p=225<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Den som vill tills\u00e4tter ocks\u00e5 en knivsudd cayennepeppar. Jag brukar d\u00e4remot inte ha i salt och peppar i smeten n\u00e4r jag g\u00f6r omelett, utan har i det n\u00e4r omeletten tillagats f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 omeletten s\u00e5 kr\u00e4mig och fin som m\u00f6jligt samt h\u00e5lla m\u00e4ngden salt nere och f\u00e5 ut max av smaken. Jag str\u00f6r g\u00e4rna \u00f6rtsalt \u00f6ver den f\u00e4rdiga omeletten i st\u00e4llet, f\u00f6r b\u00e5de god smak och s\u00e4lta.<\/p>\n<p>Hetta upp olja i en stekpanna. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en av de f\u00e5 g\u00e5nger d\u00e5 jag f\u00f6redrar en teflonpanna framf\u00f6r min favorit gjutj\u00e4rn. Du ska ha ganska h\u00f6g temperatur, n\u00e4stan h\u00f6gsta. S\u00e5 fort du m\u00e4rker att oljan blivit varm (det ser man p\u00e5 den) h\u00e4ller du i \u00e4ggen. Dra genast ner v\u00e4rmen till mycket l\u00e5g. Har du en gammal elspis och d\u00e4rmed inte lika direktverkande som gas eller induktion kan du antagligen beh\u00f6va dra av pannan fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen ett tag. En br\u00e4nd omelett \u00e4r inte god. Lyft med en gaffel i ytterkant och i mitten s\u00e5 att det stelnade lyfts upp och det l\u00f6sa \u00e4gget rinner ner mot pannan f\u00f6r att stelna. G\u00f6r s\u00e5 hela tiden tills du ser att omeletten b\u00f6rjar stelna. Det h\u00e4r g\u00e5r mycket fort. Peppra och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 zucchinir\u00f6ran. Den som vill vara extra effektiv kan ha v\u00e4rmt gr\u00f6nsaksr\u00f6ran f\u00f6rst. N\u00e4r omeletten stelnat och r\u00f6ran blivit varm h\u00e4ller du upp omeletten p\u00e5 ett fat. G\u00f6r du en st\u00f6rre omelett h\u00e4ller du den p\u00e5 ett serveringsfat f\u00f6r g\u00e4sterna att ta av. Se till att omeletten viks \u00f6ver fyllningen &#8211; se bilden, fast det inte blev s\u00e5 snyggt den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen:). Ringla olivolja \u00f6ver och str\u00f6 salt \u00f6ver. Jag brukar anv\u00e4nda \u00f6rtsalt (Trocomare eller Herbamare) \u00f6ver omelett.
