Bland gr\u00f6nsakerna fanns bland annat en ask med fina champinjoner. Eftersom ros\u00e9vin brukar passa bra till lite kryddigare r\u00e4tter gjorde jag bland annat de h\u00e4r kryddiga champinjonerna smaksatta med den r\u00f6da chili som l\u00e5g i l\u00e5dan samt l\u00e5dans knippe med sl\u00e4tbladig persilja. Jag har l\u00e4rt mig att svamp inte m\u00e5r bra av att sk\u00f6ljas, utan just bara ska borstas av s\u00e5 jord och annat skr\u00e4p f\u00f6rsvinner. Sk\u00e4r av spetsen p\u00e5 foten om den \u00e4r jordig. De kan ju annars minska till en skugga av sin forna form vid stekning. N\u00e4r jag m\u00e4rkte att de inte sl\u00e4ppte ifr\u00e5n sig v\u00e4tska tillsatte jag fettet och mot slutet av stektiden kryddorna.
