Jag gjorde sm\u00e5 kardemummabestr\u00f6dda mar\u00e4nger som jag lade ihop tv\u00e5 och tv\u00e5 med en god vaniljglass emellan &#8211; total succ\u00e9!<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/strong><\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=13144\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-13144\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-13144\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/IMG_8412-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/IMG_8412-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/IMG_8412-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/IMG_8412-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mar\u00e4ngsmet &#8211; jag anv\u00e4nde italiensk mar\u00e4ng (receptet kommer nedan)<\/p>\n<p>kardemumma som du str\u00f6r p\u00e5 mar\u00e4ngerna innan gr\u00e4ddning<\/p>\n<p>god vaniljglass &#8211; en sked till varje dubbelmar\u00e4ng<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Till mar\u00e4ngsmeten:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Jag hittade ett bra recept p\u00e5 en blogg som heter Trattoria:&nbsp;http:\/\/trattoria.nu\/2011\/may\/italiensk-marang.html<\/p>\n<p>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/p>\n<p>4 \u00e4ggvitor<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 dl socker<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 dl socker som kokas till sockerlag med 1 dl vatten<\/p>\n<p>kardemumma att str\u00f6 p\u00e5 de sm\u00e5 mar\u00e4ngerna innan gr\u00e4ddning<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Vispa \u00e4ggvitor och 1 1\/2 dl socker i minst tio minuter. Under tiden kokar du ihop 1 1\/2 dl socker med 1 dl vatten till en sockerlag. H\u00e4ll sockerlagen i en str\u00e5le ner i mar\u00e4ngsmeten under vispning. Forts\u00e4tt vispa i minst 15 minuter till. Mar\u00e4ngsmeten ska bli tjock och blank och svalna.<\/p>\n<p>Klicka upp mar\u00e4ngsmeten med en sked p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t som du smort ordentligt eller \u00e4nnu hellre har bakpl\u00e5tspapper eller silikonskydd p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Str\u00f6 malen kardemumma \u00f6ver och gr\u00e4dda mar\u00e4ngerna i 150 grader i ca 40 minuter om de \u00e4r sm\u00e5. Du kan st\u00e4nga av ugnen och l\u00e5ta dem st\u00e5 kvar om de inte verkar bli f\u00f6r m\u00f6rka. Mar\u00e4ngerna ska vara knapriga med lite segt i mitten. L\u00e4gg dem i en t\u00e4ttslutande burk.<\/p>\n<p>Ta de avsvalnade mar\u00e4ngerna och l\u00e4gg ihop dem tv\u00e5 och tv\u00e5 med en sked glass emellan.
