Den steks helt enkelt med lite skivad vitl\u00f6k, smaks\u00e4tts med soya och sesamolja &#8211; snabbt, enkelt och gott!<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ett stort st\u00e5nd pak choi (eller mangold eller f\u00e4rsk spenat, \u00e4ven om du d\u00e5 inte f\u00e5r de h\u00e4rliga krispiga stj\u00e4lkarna)<\/p>\n<p>1-3 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och tunt skivade<\/p>\n<p>n\u00e5gra msk olja till stekning (Jag tar som vanligt med medelhavsak olivolja, men den mer renl\u00e4rige tar nog n\u00e5gon annan l\u00e4mplig olja. Det s\u00e4gs att sesamolja inte \u00e4r bra till stekning, f\u00f6r n\u00e5got h\u00e4nder vid upphettning s\u00e5 den b\u00f6r tills\u00e4ttas just innan servering)<\/p>\n<p>2-3 msk soja<\/p>\n<p>1-3 tsk sesamolja<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Skala och skiva vitl\u00f6ken, sk\u00f6lj pak choien och torka av den eller k\u00f6r den i salladsslunga. Hetta upp olja i en stekpanna eller wok. L\u00e4gg i vitl\u00f6ken, fr\u00e4s den helt hastigt utan att den tar alltf\u00f6r mycket f\u00e4rg, l\u00e4gg i pak choien och r\u00f6r runt lite. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 soyan och se till att allt precis blivit varmt men inte vissnat ner alldeles f\u00f6r mycket. Lyft av och rinlga lite sesamolja \u00f6ver.
