Just h\u00e4r har jag serverat den som en andra r\u00e4tt efter vinkokta musslor.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e4ngderna \u00e4r anpassade till en pajform p\u00e5 ca 20 cm i diameter. Tills\u00e4tt vattnet och blanda snabbt ihop degen. Forma degen till en fast boll. Pudra l\u00e4tt med mj\u00f6l och kavla till platt rundel som \u00e4r n\u00e5got st\u00f6rre \u00e4n formen den skall t\u00e4cka. Lyft \u00f6ver degplattan och tryck ut den i formen. Var noga med att den g\u00e5r upp p\u00e5 och lite \u00f6ver kanterna. L\u00e5t den degkl\u00e4dda formen st\u00e5 och vila och stabiliseras ett tag i kylsk\u00e5pet f\u00f6re gr\u00e4ddning f\u00f6r att motverka att degen rasar ner fr\u00e5n kanterna.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda formen i mitten av ugnen om du har elektrisk ugn, men alltid h\u00f6gst upp i en gasugn. 200 grader varm skall ugnen vara. F\u00f6rgr\u00e4dda pajskalet i ca tio minuter. Tag ut och nagga botten s\u00e5 den inte bubblar upp. Gr\u00e4dda n\u00e5gra minuter till. N\u00e4r degen b\u00f6rjar ta f\u00e4rg och b\u00f6rjar dra ihop sig lite \u00e4r pajskalets f\u00f6rgr\u00e4ddning klar.<\/p>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver till fyllningen:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>3-4 dl riven v\u00e4sterbottenost<\/p>\n<p>3 dl gr\u00e4ddmj\u00f6lk (blanda gr\u00e4dde med mj\u00f6lk, eller ta helt enkelt bara gr\u00e4dde)<\/p>\n<p>3 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>nymald peppar<\/p>\n<p>salt brukar inte beh\u00f6vas p.g.a. ostens s\u00e4lta, men smaka g\u00e4rna av<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Vispa \u00e4ggen l\u00e4tt, blanda med gr\u00e4ddmj\u00f6lken och smaks\u00e4tt med peppar. Str\u00f6 i den rivna osten med l\u00e4tt hand i det f\u00f6rgr\u00e4ddade och lite avsvalnade pajskalet (s\u00e5 osten inte sm\u00e4lter och l\u00e4gger sig p\u00e5 botten direkt).
