N\u00e5gon chutney brukar ocks\u00e5 serveras till, och d\u00e5 \u00e4r det inte direkt som den mango chutney vi \u00e4r vana vid h\u00e4r.<\/h3>\n<h3>En indisk chutney \u00e4r som en indisk version av mexikanarnas salsa fresca och har chili och l\u00f6k som bas tillsammans med till exempel f\u00e4rska \u00f6rter (koriander och mynta), kokosn\u00f6t eller jordn\u00f6tter. Den oemotst\u00e5ndliga smaken kommer sig av limejuice och salt samt spirskummin. Men lime pickle \u00e4r underbart besksyrligt gott som jag rekommenderar er att pr\u00f6va just till papadums. Hetta upp oljan ordentligt och st\u00e5 beredd med dina papadums. L\u00e4gg f\u00f6rsiktigt i en i taget och tryck till den med en stekspade eller \u00e4nnu hellre en k\u00f6kst\u00e5ng. Den puffar snabbt upp sig n\u00e4r oljan \u00e4r tillr\u00e4ckligt varm, v\u00e4nd den snabbt och tryck till lite mer s\u00e5 den blir helt uppuffad. Du m\u00e4rker snabbt om du inte har tillr\u00e4ckligt varm olja eftersom de inte blir lika stora och spr\u00f6da. Lyft upp och l\u00e5t rinna av p\u00e5 hush\u00e5llspapper medan du friterar resten.
