Mina omeletter f\u00e5r alltid en sista touche av \u00f6rtsalt och olivolja innan de serveras. Lammf\u00e4rsbiffarna f\u00e5r extra fin smak av \u00f6rtsalt och kryddsm\u00f6r likas\u00e5. Tomater p\u00e5 sm\u00f6rg\u00e5s lyfter i smaken med lite \u00f6rtsalt.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag har vuxit upp med \u00f6rtsalt, eftersom min mor som ofta hade vegetariska perioder ans\u00e5g att \u00f6rtsalt var mycket nyttigare \u00e4n vanligt salt, och jag tror hon hade r\u00e4tt. D\u00e5 fanns bara Herbamare, men nu finns \u00e4ven Trocomare och Herbamare spicy. Jag f\u00f6redrar Trocomare eftersom den har en lite intensivare fylligare smak.<\/h3>\n<h3>En utlandsboende v\u00e4ninna till mig som alltid varit beroende av Herbamare \u00f6rtsalt bad mig h\u00e5lla henne med \u00f6rtsalt genom periodiska leveranser per post. Jag gl\u00f6mmer aldrig n\u00e4r hon en g\u00e5ng skamsen gick ifr\u00e5n det danska postkontoret under den kritiska ifr\u00e5gas\u00e4ttande blicken av posttj\u00e4nstemannen med ett tjockt brunt kuvert som l\u00e4ckte \u00f6rtsalt i en strid str\u00f6m. Det fick bli gurkskivor mellan mozzarellaskivorna, dekorerat med f\u00e4rsk basilika och rikligt med \u00f6rtsalt \u00f6ver. Just gurka och \u00f6rtsalt \u00e4r en fantastisk kombination. Jag kallar den h\u00e4r salladen f\u00f6r mozzarella i det gr\u00f6na. Servera g\u00e4rna med prosciutto.
