F\u00e5r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r snart laga de h\u00e4r \u00e4pplena igen f\u00f6r nya foton. T\u00e4nkte pr\u00f6va att laga dem p\u00e5 det smakrika \u00e4pplet Aroma som jag tycker passar s\u00e4rskilt bra just till varma r\u00e4tter.<\/h3>\n<h3>Vare sig det \u00e4r \u00e4ppels\u00e4song eller inte g\u00f6r jag g\u00e4rna de h\u00e4r goda ugnsbakade \u00e4pplena med en h\u00e4rlig fyllning av mandlar, r\u00e5socker, kanel, vanilj, sm\u00f6r och sirap.<\/h3>\n<h3>Tidigare gjorde jag likadana men med min favorit hasseln\u00f6tter, som jag tyv\u00e4rr inte kan \u00e4ta l\u00e4ngre. Men det blir n\u00e4stan lika gott med mandelfyllningen. Annars finns det ganska bra f\u00e4rdiga alternativ nu. Jag brukar tycka det \u00e4r enklare och n\u00e4stan vackrare att dela \u00e4pplena och gr\u00f6pa ur k\u00e4rnhuset varefter jag l\u00e4gger i fyllningen i mitten. Gnid in \u00e4ppelytorna med citronsaft f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rhindra dem fr\u00e5n att m\u00f6rkf\u00e4rgas av oxideringen. Tills\u00e4tt \u00f6vriga ingredienser och blanda ihop till en smet men utan att k\u00f6ra mixern f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge &#8211; det ska vara lite knaprigt och bitar av mandlarna eller n\u00f6tterna kvar, inte f\u00f6r finf\u00f6rdelat.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg \u00e4ppelhalvorna i en smord ugnsfast form. Fyll dem med fyllningen. Baka i ugn i ca 175 grader i 20-30 minuter. \u00c4pplena ska ha blivit mjuka och n\u00f6t\/mandelfyllningen tagit lite f\u00e4rg.<\/p>\n<p>Servera med vaniljs\u00e5s eller vaniljglass.
