Tigerr\u00e4kor g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 bra, g\u00e4rna skalade.<\/p>\n<p>2-3 schalottenl\u00f6kar, skalade och finhackade<\/p>\n<p>1-2 &nbsp;dl vitt vin<\/p>\n<p>2 dl gr\u00e4dde eller gr\u00e4dde och cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/p>\n<p>buljong eller fiskfond<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk torkad eller 1 msk f\u00e4rsk dragon<\/p>\n<p>en knivsudd\/kryddm\u00e5tt cayennepeppar (ger ett&nbsp;litet bett som mildras av kr\u00e4migheten)<\/p>\n<p>peppar fr\u00e5n kvarnen och salt<\/p>\n<p>sm\u00f6r till stekning av schalottenl\u00f6ken<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna v\u00e5rl\u00f6k (eller om det heter h\u00f6stl\u00f6k s\u00e5 h\u00e4r \u00e5rs), strimlad till serveringen<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rja med att s\u00e4tta p\u00e5 riset och vattnet till b\u00f6norna. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en stekpanna p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme. Stek l\u00f6ken i sm\u00f6ret s\u00e5 det blir mjukt utan att ta f\u00e4rg. H\u00e4ll i vinet och l\u00e5t puttra ihop ett tag innan du tills\u00e4tter gr\u00e4dden och buljongen eller fonden. Krydda med dragon, cayenne, peppar och salt. L\u00e5t puttra ihop och smaka av. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att r\u00e4korna mildrar smaken n\u00e4r de l\u00e4ggs i.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r riset \u00e4r f\u00e4rdigkokt och b\u00f6norna likas\u00e5 l\u00e4gger du i r\u00e4korna f\u00f6r att bara precis v\u00e4rmas. Om de kokas f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge blir de bara sega. Anv\u00e4nder du r\u00e5a tigerr\u00e4kor till exempel kokar du dem tills du ser att de \u00e4ndrar f\u00e4rg och blir r\u00f6da.
