Jag stekte schalottenl\u00f6k, l\u00e4t den bara f\u00e5 l\u00e4tt f\u00e4rg innan den mixades med yoghurt och f\u00e4rsk basilika. Den \u00e4r mycket smal och nyttig och fantastiskt god.<\/h3>\n<h3>H\u00e4r serverades den med \u00f6rtstekt kyckling, men den passar minst lika bra till fisk av n\u00e5got slag &#8211; lax, fil\u00e9er bakade i ugn i lite vitt vin och sm\u00f6r, torskrygg och \u00e4ven de hemgjorda pankopanerade fiskpinnarna. N\u00e4r l\u00f6ken \u00e4r mjuk och precis b\u00f6rjat ta f\u00e4rg h\u00e4ller du den i ett k\u00e4rl som du kan anv\u00e4nda stavmixern i. L\u00e5t l\u00f6ken svalna och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 yoghurten och l\u00e4gg i basilikan. Salta och peppra lite. Mixa till en sl\u00e4t s\u00e5s som blir h\u00e4rligt ljusgr\u00f6n i f\u00e4rgen och alldeles underbar i smaken. Smaka av med salt och peppar, kanske n\u00e5gra korn socker f\u00f6r att balansera yoghurtens syra. Jag hade \u00e4ven i n\u00e5gon msk olivolja extra som gav fyllighet, fin smak och bra konsistens.
