Jag brukar g\u00f6ra dem ca 1,5 cm stora. Sk\u00e4r \u00e4ven l\u00f6ken i ungef\u00e4r lika stora bitar. Skiva vitl\u00f6ken.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rm upp olivoljan i en stekpanna eller gryta. Fr\u00e4s vitl\u00f6ken och l\u00f6ken mjuk. L\u00e4gg i zucchinin och timjan. Pressa citron \u00f6ver. Salta och peppra. L\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa tills mjuknat men fortfarande har ett visst tuggmotst\u00e5nd s\u00e5 zucchinin inte blir alldeles mjuk och s\u00f6nderkokt. Smaka av om beh\u00f6vs mer citron, sal, peppar. Det \u00e4r gott att ha lite chili i ocks\u00e5.
