Det blir n\u00e4stan lite knapersegt och supergott.<\/p>\n<p>Vill man ha en s\u00e5s till kan man l\u00e4gga n\u00e5gra citroner i formen i ugnen och mjukbaka dem f\u00f6r att sedan pressa ner den s\u00f6tmilda saften i matlagningsyoghurt f\u00f6r en snabb v\u00e4ldigt god s\u00e5s. Ta ur det som ligger i kycklingen, torka av den och gnid in den med olivolja. Salta och peppra ganska friskt, gnid \u00e4ven in den med en m\u00e4ngd hackade \u00f6rtkryddor. Detta g\u00f6r att skinnet blir extra knaprigt, gott och fint.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4ll in kycklingen eller kycklingarna i en oljad ugnsform eller p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t i ugnen. Gr\u00e4dda ca en timme. P\u00e5b\u00f6rja det lustfyllda arbete du har framf\u00f6r dig med de tillbeh\u00f6r du valt.<\/p>\n<p>Du m\u00e4rker att kycklingen \u00e4r klar genom att sticka i den med n\u00e5got vasst. Om saften som rinner ut \u00e4r klar \u00e4r kycklingen klar. Rosa saft betyder att den ob\u00f6nh\u00f6rligen m\u00e5ste in och gr\u00e4ddas mer.
