Jag brukar koka upp vattnet i vattenkokaren och fylla p\u00e5 ett antal varv.<\/p>\n<p>Strimla bacon och stek den i stekpannan med lite olivolja. Sk\u00e4r zucchinin i bitar, hacka tomaterna. Tills\u00e4tt den hackade vitl\u00f6ken. N\u00e4r baconet b\u00f6rjar bli v\u00e4lstekt och lite knaprigt h\u00e4ller du p\u00e5 det vita vinet och l\u00e5ter det puttra ihop ett litet tag innan du h\u00e4ller i tomathacket. Krydda med tomatpur\u00e9, g\u00e4rna pur\u00e9 p\u00e5 soltorkade tomater som ger extra fyllighet, timjan, peppar och chili. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven zucchinin. L\u00e4gg samtidigt i pastan att koka i saltat vatten utan lock. L\u00e5t s\u00e5sen koka ihop tills zucchinin b\u00f6rjat mjukna men inte vissnat ihop helt. Smaka av om du beh\u00f6ver krydda med mer salt, peppar, chili, timjan?<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll av pastan n\u00e4r den \u00e4r al dente &#8211; d.v.s har ett motst\u00e5nd kvar i k\u00e4rnan. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att pastan mjuknar ytterligare efter kokning n\u00e4r den blandas med s\u00e5sen. Det blir s\u00e5 mycket godare n\u00e4r pastan \u00e4r som i Italien i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r genomkokt och geggig. Blanda den nykokta avrunna pastan med s\u00e5sen. Ringla lite extra olivolja \u00f6ver. Det passar mycket bra till den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten och andra pastar\u00e4tter, men \u00e4ven till k\u00f6tt och grytor. Vinet har fin frukt och avv\u00e4gd syra och fyllighet och \u00e4r ett fynd f\u00f6r sina 79 kronor.
